    Hungary real estate investment highlights

Hungary has low living costs with an excellent education system, inexpensive real estate, a moderate climate, and lots of other benefits that make it one of the best capital cities in Europe.

Permanent residency was available through an investment program. The fast-track investment grants a five-year residence for applicants who invest 300,000 Euros in government bonds.

With this minimum investment, the applicant gets benefits such as

    • Live and work in the country
    • Free travel to Schengen countries
    • Family application
    • Visit Hungary only to receive PR

You can redeem the entire investment after 5 years, but the investors can still keep up the permanent residency.

You can renew the residency after 5 years at no cost. You can apply for citizenship after 8 years but under strict conditions like a language test.
